New JG Beach Day is the perfect opportunity for new junior guards to get comfortable swimming in the ocean prior to the start of the summer program. Junior guards will be assigned a JG instructor on the day of the event. The instructor will take their group of 10-12 junior guards to swim first at the Bay and then in the oceanfront. The goal of the day is for every junior guard to swim one buoy on the oceanfront comfortably.
